IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE BOOKING
Please be advised that video recording will take place during your session for both your protection and mine. If you prefer not to be recorded, please refrain from booking an appointment.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. MOBILE SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.

Booking Instructions:
   •    Please select your desired style or service.
   •    Choose the earliest available time slot. Failure to select the earliest available slot may result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled.

All Services Include:
     •    Hair and scalp analysis
   •    An invigorating shampoo and conditioner

Health & Safety:
   •    Ensure your scalp and hair are in good condition before receiving braiding services. If you have any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before booking.
   •    FleekedbyFaith’s stylists are trained to handle hair with care, but we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

Time Commitment:
   •    Braiding services can take several hours, depending on the complexity of the style. Please be prepared for the possibility of your appointment lasting longer than expected.

Maintenance & Aftercare:
   •    Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the health of your natural hair and the appearance of your braids. We will provide aftercare instructions, which must be followed to avoid scalp irritation or hair damage.

Additional Information:
   •    No extra guests unless they are receiving services.
   •    Hair is not included with services unless otherwise stated.

Deposits & Payments:
   •    A non-refundable deposit is required for all styles and services.
   •    Deposits are only transferable once to reschedule, provided the reschedule request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
   •    If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.
   •    Deposits will be applied towards your grand total.
   •    Full payment is expected on the day of service (via Zelle, Cash, or Card).
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
   •    Please text 770-310-1972 to cancel or reschedule appointments (do not email).
   •    We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
